Our Pricing Policy The actual cost of a database development will vary depending on the complexity of individual requirements and finally agreed specifications of the project. Research suggests that clients are much more concerned with the quality of service than cost alone. Ultimately we aim here, to communicate our committment to service delivery, rather than arbitrary pricing. We do of course provide all potential clients with confidential but estimated costing on enquiry. However, true costing can only be provided once we thoroughly understand your requirements. Once we cost a service we undertake to deliver at that agreed cost - there are no hidden charges. Remote or onsite consultancy services are free of charge for the first initial consultation. However, for initial onsite consultations, outside a 25 mile radius of London, we do charge expenses for travel and subsistence. Any commissioned work resulting from initial consultations will incur charges accordingly. |
